Exercise of the Week – Jumping Split Squat

This is my favorite and most regularly used lower extremity exercise. The Jumping Split Squat is a highly advanced exercise that promotes power, stability and balance. This is NOT a an exercise that should be performed by a beginner. There should be a progression towards the proper execution of the Jumping Split Squat through stability, strength and eventually power training.
