Personal fitness training is for the individual who is looking to improve his or her overall level of fitness with one or more specific goals in mind.

Nick will guide and teach you how to train safely and effectively. You will learn the key concepts of proper body mechanics and posture during strength, flexibility, and neuromuscular or balance training. Your program will be centered around the development of a strong and stable core, which is the foundation for all movement. And you will also learn how to safely maximize your cardiorespiratory workouts.

Most people who begin training and stop or who have trained for years and don’t see the results they would like to usually share three common factors in regards to their exercise habits. They are intensity, quality and consistency. Nick is going to help you change that. The concepts you will learn are not taught by most trainers and the results are unparalleled!

Sports Performance Enhancement

Sports performance enhancement is for the serious athlete, from pre-teen to adult, who is looking to improve specific facets of his or her sport through the following modes of training:

  • Balance
  • Flexibility

The program will be designed based on your sport specific goals and a movement analysis. Developing a strong and stable core, which is the foundation for all movement, will also be an integral part of the program.
